I had applied for a My Safe Florida Home grant to assist with replacing my almost 30 year old builder single pane windows with hurricane rated windows only to find out that they would NOT cover any of the cost because, at 70 years old, they wanted me to put up the heavy hurricane shutters that came with my TWO story home! However, in the meantime before I found out about this issue, I had a very interesting and useful conversation with Chase and he was a breath of fresh after talking to MANY other window companies (most of which you see advertise on TV) only to hang up on them after a few minutes! They ALL wanted for my wife to be there when they sent their “representative” just to give me a quote!!! Chase explained to me why they do this and it had nothing to do with giving me a “quote”. The only purpose for this is to do a sales job on me using my wife to apply pressure to make the sale! It was just the opposite with Chase. I felt like he was not interested in pressuring me just to make a sale and was really interested in making sure I was happy with the whole process! While I ultimately did not buy windows from his company, due to the issue with the grant, I will most certainly use their services in the near future and I hardly recommend them to anyone looking for a GREAT window replacement company!

Let me start by saying that I am 48 years in construction and the experience with Windpact Windows and Doors was clearly the best experience that I have ever had. From the sales process to the final touches, this company was the best in every single way. Their pricing was right in line and on the lower end of the several other quotes that I received. The recommended product is absolutely gorgeous and solid. The installation that included very large windows was installed with the utmost professionalism both from an installation standpoint and the courtesy of keeping our house as immaculate as possible throughout the entire process. My wife and I were concerned about that, as all we’ve heard about is dirt nightmares. Not even a little concern with this company. The filing for the permits and dealing with the inspection was something I didn’t need to get involved with, at all and went without a hitch. We recently had 20 hurricane impact windows and 4 doors installed and the entire job was completed in less than 3 days. The team did an outstanding job from start to finish — they were professional, neat, clean, efficient, and clearly took pride in their work. Even the inspector commented that everything was done perfectly, which says a lot about the quality of the installation. Our main contact, Chase Fletcher, was excellent throughout the entire process. He was very easy to communicate with, always responsive to calls, emails, and texts, and kept us well informed throughout the installation. After the inspection was completed, Chase stayed at the house to remove all of the window stickers and clean the windows, which we really appreciated. Some floor tile had to be removed during the installation, and a few remaining tiles were chipped, but Chase immediately coordinated a tile installer to come out within a few days to take care of the repairs. I’ve been ranting and raving about this company! I am so grateful I hired them! I was most impressed with how careful they were to keep everything as clean as possible with the process. There was much less dust as a result of it. Friends and family couldn’t believe how well they kept things clean. They swept and swiffer mopped multiple times throughout the process. I would recommend them to everyone! Also, of course, fair priced, the windows and my door are gorgeous! And even though we encountered a small hiccup with the order they made sure to go beyond to make it right! Oh and did I mention they give you a lifetime warranty with the windows if the break? Now obviously if a hurricane wipes all your windows you have to go through insurance… but if one gets damaged they will replace it for you! Such an amazing company! Don’t sleep on them - hire them!!!!! Local, small company, family vibes, but fair pricing as I said and they installed my whole house in 2 days for windows and the last day (3) two doors went in! Absolutely in love with our home! It got a total facelift!

Our windows were 24 years old, hard to open and not energy or noise efficient. It was time, even though we already have accordion shutters. We almost went with a national company but then saw where they had two class action suits against them and many unhappy customers. A little research led us to Windpact and their unsolicited video did it for us. From start to finish the folks at Windpact were awesome (and priced almost nine thousand less). Communication was excellent and they did everything including HOA approval and permitting. Even if we had gotten a lower quote elsewhere Windpact would still be the choice. I wanted to replace my large trapezoid picture window in my living room with impact hurricane glass. I brought in three different companies and I decided on Windpact Windows and Door Co. From the sales person to the project manager to the customer service team to the owner, phenomenal experience from start to finish. I got very competitive pricing, high quality materials, and terrific installers. The window had to be special ordered and come in 3 pieces because of the shape and size.They removed the old window and installed the new one, with all the finishing touches and sealed off and covered my living room so no dust or debris would get on anything. They cleaned up inside and outside like you would never know they were there. I can’t say enough about this company and I very highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed.

We found out about Windpact through the MySafeFLhome program and we shortlisted them as one of three contractors. Their initial contact person Brian is truly knowledgeable having spent many decades in the impact window industry. He also has good listening skills and worked through some unique situations we had that other contractors chose to ignore. We met the owners Alex and Clay and their offer was the best considering product quality and value. We had a unique front door and sidelight and through mutual persistence we found a great solution combining an Advisar Fiberglass Door with a BHI Sidelight. The installation team was fabulous. We nicknamed the "Impacteros" as they spoke excellent Spanish and some English and more importantly worked together as a team, enjoying what they do happily performing their craft. The follow up inspection was handled by Denny (Alex's dad) interfacing with the inspector. We didn't have to do much. The final punch list was accomplished by Chase, the project manager. He is also very skilled and talented. Not only did he finish the last few tasks but also solved two leftover problems from the previous impact window installation from a different contractor. Windpact Windows and Doors is a company you can choose with confidence that you will get an impact window/door job well done at a reasonable price.

I can't say enough good things about Windpact Windows & Doors. From the beginning, the salesperson Brian was exactly what you need: on time, friendly, and informative, but not pushy. He gave us a quote for a few options we discussed. The price we received was somewhere in the middle between what we got from different companies, but based on exceptional reviews, we decided to move forward with them. That was the best decision ever !!! We signed a contract with Alex (owner), who checked all the measurements again and explained the entire process. Then we enjoyed working with Donna about administrative things, such as HOA approval and our order. She was amazing! When she said she would give us feedback on the specific day, she did that, not a day, two, or a week later. Those tiny things make you feel cared for and comfortable about your deposit. When installation day came, Chase checked if everything was ready (you needed to move your stuff to access the windows) and explained the installation process. After that, the installer crew showed up. Joel was the person that I talked to when I had questions, but the entire installation team was fantastic- clean, professional, and with good manners. I was afraid about our casings around the windows and door, but they took care of them, so you may not see any damage. Honestly, I have no idea how they replaced windows without destroying them. A few days after installation, we found a little defect in the glass on the door's lite. They took responsibility for it, and around 2 weeks later, they replaced it. Final inspection was "easy peasy"; they prepared all documents and photos. Even the inspector said that everything is always right with this company. During the entire process from getting a quote to the last day of their service (approx. 4 months with HOA approval), they kept the price that they gave us, no "sneaky" practice about inflation, tariffs, etc., to increase the price. I am amazed at how this company works, and I wish other companies were like this. I recommend Windpact Windows & Doors to everyone who wants a high-quality product and service. They deserve more than 5 Google stars.

We had our windows, doors, and sunroom done. The installation crew were amazing, they cleaned as they were installing, no mess. The workers were polite, pleasant, no cursing. You can tell a good company by how genuinely the people are willing to do a great job, get thing right. We had our windows and doors installed by Windpact and we are very pleased with their customer service, communication and overall work. Chase was great to work with from the start and his install team was great too. You can tell they all take pride in their work. The install crew was accommodating, clean and helpful in protecting the spaces the mitigate cleanup. They were thorough and kept us updated on their progress. They also completed the project on time. We are grateful we saw their work in another area and knew we needed to research them when we wanted to upgrade our windows.

We worked with Brian Homan when we received the estimate for our windows. We interviewed 3 other companies and decided to go with them because of their expertise and communication. Brian was upfront, honest and knew how to work with the My Safe Fl Home program. From initial meeting to completion took about a year. But this was not because of Windpact. The process takes about that long from start to finish with the grant. Brian made some suggestions to our doors and we went with it. Certainly happy we did..He knows his stuff, is not pushy and is happy to answer questions. We love his suggestions- he stuck with us from start to finish which set us at ease. Shopping for hurricane/impact windows wasn’t initially a straightforward decision…let’s face it, financially it’s an investment both on the front end and then hoping the windows/doors do the job they’re designed to do. After contacting and interviewing a couple of 5 star rated companies, we chose Windpact. Chase was our initial point of contact - we were immediately impressed by his professionalism, knowledge, and overall we were clear of his passion to provide quality results. What we discovered throughout the process is this can be said of every person we interacted with throughout their company. Alex(the owner) personally came by to double check measurements before signing off the job was ready to go. Post installation, we have had several minor issues with our doors and the Windpact team has been extremely responsive and comes out almost immediately to fix these issues. Windpact is a cut above the competition. Our sales rep, Chase, took the time to explain the entire process and educated us on the many different options we had available. I was overwhelmed at first, but he understood my project goals as we dialed it in. I was worried that I was becoming a pest to them with all the different quotes I requested, but they were awesome about it! My house has a lot of windows, and they heat my home up like a greenhouse, so I wanted something more than just hurricane protection. We decided to go with CGI Sentinal, using the LoE coating and the insulated glass. We figured the benefits were worth the extra few bucks. We also had 2 sets of french doors replaced on the back porch, also the same CGI line. When my install date arrived, they took care of everything. Their crews are top notch and NOT sub-contracted out. The lead installer communicated every step along the way and they took the time to cover everything in my house during the process. Chase visited the job site several times to make sure everything was being done as we discussed, and that was very re-assuring. On final inspection day, they had a rep at my house to walk with the inspector to answer any questions along the way. They take detailed pictures of every window openning and the bucks, and they match each picture to a diagram of the house, this makes life easier for the inspector. When the job passes inspection, they send a crew back to remove the window stickers, clean the windows, and install any trim work that could only be put on after the inspection. I am amazed at the difference the LoE makes, it blocks so much heat, and everytime I look out the windows it has a "Hi-Def" appearance. We have also noticed that our AC does not work as hard, but not just because of the LoE coating, but because our old windows must have been very "leaky" and a lot of outside humidity would get sucked into the house. I was not expecting that result, and very happy with our decision. If you are considering taking the plunge on a window/door project, you should give Windpact a call.

I enjoyed the relationship and the process with this company. They made everything from the office side very seamless. Then on the installation side, the guys were great, very professional and efficient. Probably what I enjoyed. The most was that I felt they had my interests at heart.

I will definitely recommend Windpact Windows and Doors! I am so impressed with the way everything in my home was covered with plastic before the work began. The installation was amazing! I didn’t realize what went into taking my existing windows out and putting the new ones in. The installers were so professional and worked so hard and knew step by step what had to be done. They had to walk each panel up 5 flights of stairs to get to my condo. Not easy on a hot humid day. I never expected perfection but that is what I would say about this company.

Truly an amazing experience from start to finish. Windows were manufactured and installed exactly with in the time frame specified by Windpact. Install crew did an amazing job protecting everything and finished the same day. They left the property super clean and removed all debris. I had a total of 7 windows, 1 Slider and a Front Door installed. Everyone from the sales team, office team, install team and project manager were amazing. Special thanks to Brian, Angela, Alex, Chase, Donna and the install crew, you guys are amazing. Look no further, this is the only company you want to go with. In January 2024, Windpact Windows and Doors partnered with me on a total home renovation project amassing the installation of six fixed windows, two horizontal sling windows, four two-panel sliding glass doors, one three-panel sliding glass door, one French door, and the grand finale – a ten-foot, custom entry door with sidelights. Where do I begin… We had the greatest fortune of coming across WindPact Windows & Doors. Having a multitude of options to choose from, we are so glad we went with WindPact. None of the other four competitors we requested a quote from treated us like the most important asset to their business. We did our homework and due diligence and met with several companies. After bidding a few other window installers in the area I stumbled upon Windpact. After reading stellar reviews, I hopped in the car and left my office to visit their office in person. I was able to meet Clay and speak with him directly about what I wanted out of the project and what my goals were. Clay was able to work with me (very impromptu) to meet all of my project goals and provide me with both a quality product and meet my budget goal. I was so impressed with his honesty and knowledge about both the product and installation when I was there I decided that Windpact was the company I was going to go with and started to arrange the first deposit for the job before Clay could even write up the contract. Clay undercut all of the other installers I had give me estimates by at least 15% while delivering a higher quality product. Fast forward to after the contract was signed and deposit was in, Clay called me periodically to update me on the lead time for the windows and I never wondered where we were at in the project. The windows came in roughly 8-9 weeks after the contract was signed and was installed beautifully. There were a few issues that the install team ran into (none of which were their fault) on installation day but their experience really shined when they were able to easily jump over those hurdles. Austin, the project manager was also hands on and showed up to the job site several times with necessary materials etc. to help the install team hurdle those issues. Once the windows were in Austin and I walked the property to find faults with the install so they could be rectified while the install team was still there (nothing major was found... just adding tiny beads of caulk as it contracts while it dries). One of my window sills was destroyed in the process of the install due to prior water damage making the stucco brittle (none of their faults) and instead of what most companies would do (leave the owner to find the solution as that is part of the risk outlined in standard window installation contracts) Alex and Clay worked with me every step of the way after the install to find a solution for that. The entire Windpact team takes pride in their work and it really shows... like when they come out after final inspections to clean the windows and remove the stickers! As a real estate professional, Windpact has become an invaluable resource to refer my friends, family, and clients to when they are looking to get their windows done. And as a real estate professional, I can't refer just anybody to my clients as that reflects on me as their fiduciary but I have 100% comfort knowing my clients are being taken care of by the Windpact team. I have already referred a handful of client and friends to them, if that isn't a testament to their work, I am not sure what is. Thank you Windpact!

I was building a commercial building with a very tight schedule. I found this company and gave them a call about store front doors and windows Their price was competitive with everyone else but what stood out to to me is how quickly they could have them manufactured and installed. The windows and doors came when they said they would, they were installed shortly there after with a crew that knew exactly what the were doing. I have been a construction superintendent for 20 and window and door companies rarely provide the service and attention to detail as this company. I would use them again The bottom line is they lived up to their word.

I haven’t bought yet, but that’s not because of the product or service. More of a timing issue on our part. I had called and gotten quotes from about 8 different companies. All seemed to offer the same product or close to it. But Windpact offers a superior service and their attention to detail and customer service is why I will be going with them when we are ready. Hopefully sooner rather than later.
